These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Gore Online Seller storefront. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including where:
stock is unavailable;
payment is incomplete, unsuccessful, or cannot be verified;
pricing or listing information contains an error; or
shipping to the destination is unavailable or impracticable.
3. Prices, Currency, and VAT
Prices may be displayed and charged in GBP, EUR, USD, or AED, depending on the storefront settings and checkout options.
Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Any import duties, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or similar destination-country charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other listing information are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, appearance, or detail may occur due to screen settings, photography, or manufacturing variation.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights relating to goods that are not as described.
5. Delivery and Fulfilment
Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping and fulfilment times may vary depending on:
stock levels;
destination;
customs processing;
carrier delays; and
other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We aim to fulfil orders within one (1) year from the date of payment.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfilment may take up to 1 year from payment, unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded;
mandatory consumer rights; or
any remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection law in the customer’s place of residence applies and provides otherwise.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on the storefront at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
